Clear booking rules
These terms explain how Tripiworld displays lodging offers, processes booking requests, and applies provider-confirmed payment and cancellation conditions.
Tripiworld is built to deliver competitive online hotel deal prices without a separate Tripiworld booking fee, with pricing designed to beat major booking platforms on many searches, and is owned and operated by The Uvas AI, LLC.

Tripiworld is an online hotel daily deals marketplace owned and operated by The Uvas AI, LLC.
Tripiworld displays live hotel content and rates supplied by its active booking provider. Travelers can complete eligible reservations through secure online checkout. A reservation is confirmed only after the booking provider returns a confirmation reference.
Tripiworld does not add a separate customer booking or service fee at checkout. The online deal price includes the taxes and charges included in the selected live rate. Mandatory hotel or property charges reported by the booking provider are displayed separately because they are paid directly at the property.
Hotels may collect other charges directly, including resort fees, parking, deposits, pets, meals, or services not supplied with the selected rate. These amounts are not collected by Tripiworld and may change under the hotel's rules.
Availability, online prices, provider-reported property charges, payment method, cancellation policies, and booking confirmation are rechecked by the active provider during checkout. A rate is not confirmed until the provider returns a booking reference.
For secure online rates, card details are entered directly in the payment provider's secure portal. Tripiworld stores booking and payment status references, but does not receive or store raw card numbers or security codes.
Before booking, review the hotel name, room type, dates, guest count, price summary, payment model, cancellation policy, refundability, hotel rules, and supplier or provider terms shown during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate guest information and for making sure the selected rate fits your travel plans before confirming a booking request.
Hotels and booking providers control many parts of a reservation, including availability, room assignment, check-in requirements, deposits, taxes, fees, cancellation windows, modification eligibility, refunds, no-show rules, and property policies.
Tripiworld support can guide you, but it cannot promise an exception, refund, cancellation, room upgrade, early check-in, late checkout, or other hotel decision unless the provider or property confirms it.
Tripiworld offers two clear rate types. A Flexible 48-hour rate can be cancelled without charge until the exact deadline displayed at checkout and in the dashboard. A rate is shown as flexible only when the provider policy supports that complete window. All other rates, including bookings made inside 48 hours of check-in, are non-refundable.
Changes are handled by cancelling an eligible reservation before its deadline and making a new reservation at the current price and availability. After the displayed deadline, changes and automatic refunds are blocked. No-shows are non-refundable. Exceptions may be requested at hello@tripiworld.com but are not guaranteed.
Contact Tripiworld immediately if a confirmed hotel cannot honor a reservation. Tripiworld will escalate the case to the active booking provider and request an authorized solution or penalty-free cancellation and refund. Travelers should not assume that Tripiworld will independently pay relocation, transportation, or a price difference unless the provider authorizes it.
For reservation support, use your dashboard or email hello@tripiworld.com. Hotel-specific stay questions such as parking, amenities, deposits, check-in instructions, and room details should be confirmed directly with the property.
