Use the Tripiworld AI support chat for basic questions about booking steps, reservation status, hotel contact guidance, cancellation, modification, refund direction, and pre-booking doubts.
The AI support chat provides guidance only. It does not create, modify, cancel, or refund reservations, process payments, or contact hotels.
For cancellation, modification, or refund requests, log in to your dashboard and open the reservation. If the reservation is eligible, the available request options will appear there.
If your reservation is outside the allowed window or you need an exception review, email hello@tripiworld.com.
For stay-specific questions, contact the hotel directly. This includes check-in time, arrival instructions, deposits, parking, amenities, room details, pet policy, accessibility details, and property rules.
Tripiworld does not take support calls for version 1. This keeps reservation support traceable through the dashboard, email, and provider records.
