Privacy

We may collect account information such as name, email, phone number, language preference, login provider, and authentication session details.

When checkout is enabled, Tripiworld records the traveler details, selected stay, accepted terms, provider references, payment status, and reservation status needed to complete and service the booking.

We may collect favorites, saved hotels, support requests, AI support messages needed to answer your question, device information, and website analytics when analytics tools are enabled.

We use information to create and manage accounts, save favorites, answer support questions, operate the booking flow, prevent duplicate bookings, reconcile provider events, and improve the website.

We also use booking and support records to help with modification, cancellation, refund, recovery, and reconciliation workflows.

We may share the minimum required reservation information with booking providers, hotels, payment or verification services when required by the approved booking flow, email providers, analytics providers, and support tools.

We do not sell traveler booking information. We do not expose provider credentials or internal secrets. Raw card details are entered in the booking provider's secure payment portal and are not stored by Tripiworld.

Tripiworld uses Supabase for authentication and database storage. Access to traveler records is restricted by row-level security and admin role checks.

We keep records as needed for reservations, support, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and operational recovery. You may contact hello@tripiworld.com for privacy requests.

Optional Google analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until you accept analytics on this device. You may decline analytics and continue using hotel search, checkout, and account features.

Measurement is used to understand page performance, website usage, and completed bookings. Tripiworld may send a random booking reference, currency, and commercial contribution value for conversion measurement. Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, and card information are not sent to Google by this measurement.
